Yes! We ship to the U.S. through Chit Chats / USPS Tracked Service.
Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days, depending on customs and local delivery conditions.
Q: Will I need to pay customs or import fees?
Buyers are responsible for any import fees or taxes that may apply, but we do our best to keep packaging light and minimize extra costs.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide using Chit Chats International Tracked Service.
Most international orders arrive within 7–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

🔄 Returns & Cancellations
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is handmade in small batches, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
If there’s any issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll do my best to make it right. 🐾
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t been shipped yet.
After that, items are already being prepared or packed, so cancellations may not be possible.
Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
I’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact me as soon as possible to update your address.
Once it’s been dispatched, I unfortunately can’t make any changes.
Q: Are shipping fees refundable?

Each item has its donation amount ($1 or $2) clearly listed in its product description.
When you order multiple items, the donation is added for each one — so every bear you bring home also helps a real one in the wild.
